They outdid themselves!
We started with a few playful exercises, then moved on to individual pieces, and finally launched a challenge: to create a large collective piece. I thought I would only guide them at the beginning and that, after I left, they would finish the work on their own.
I underestimated them!
They didn’t want breaks, they worked as a team, they knew how to accept opinions and ask for help. We were able to talk, share, and truly listen to one another. They had the humility to go back and start again when needed, and the determination to carry the project through to the end.
